Are you sure you didn't save the original Storyline file anywhere on your local hard drive? I'm wondering if you'll find the original file by searching your C: drive in Windows.
Since you can't restore a Storyline file from Review, hopefully you'll find the project hiding in one of your files. Keep me posted!
