I'd like to confirm with authoring tool you are using. Review 360 is for sharing content with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) or others who need to review it.
If you wish to track the learner's answers, you'll need to host your course within an LMS. You can add a results slide to the end of a quiz or questionnaire which will send the question/answer data to your LMS. The exact information that's included in this report may differ depending on which LMS system you use.
