I lost a scene out of one of my courses and was trying to recreate it. Luckily there was the Previous version on Review 360. When I went back to this version a second time it asked if I wanted to delete the newer versions. I said yes. But after restarting my computer, all of the versions seem to be gone, not in regular or deleted. Any ideas?
Selecting yes in the prompt to restore an older version of your course in Review 360 will cause all new versions of the course to be deleted:
For your course, can you confirm if the older versions of the course were deleted as well? If so, reach out to our support team by opening a support case so we can investigate what happened.
At this point I have recreated the lost scene and I just published it to Review 360. Now that I published it, the older versions are there, but before I published it, this course was not displayed at all on my Review 360 content
Thanks for the update, and I'm glad recreating the lost scene worked for you. If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team here!
