Review 360 Can't Find My Internet Connection

Jun 07, 2019

I'm trying to submit a course for review on Review 360. I'm in Storyline 360, publishing HTML5 with Flash fallback. The entire course processes and the upload starts. The status bar fills up about 1/8th of the way and then the error pops up:

It always fails at the same point:

My connection to the internet seems fine. I can access this site and upload images to post this request. I just restarted my system and updated 360. Still seeing this problem. I can stream videos from YouTube and download content from Adobe.com. I have closed my VPN software - in the past I've seen similar errors when I'm connected to the Xerox internal VPN.

Please let me know if the server is down, or if there are any other steps I should try.

Best Regards,

Hi Jenny!  I'm so sorry to hear you're having trouble publishing to Review 360!  You may need to ask your IT folks/network administrator to open port 443 and allowlist the domains in the following article for your Articulate 360 apps to work properly: https://www.articulate.com/support/article/Articulate-360-Network-Endpoints

The other thing I thought of is if your project is very large -- The maximum size for each published project for publishing to Articulate Review 360 is 5 GB.  If you are still having trouble after opening port 443 and allowlisting those domains, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team at support@articulate.com or you can also start a case at https://articulate.com/support/contact/case
