Review 360 Export Comments to CSV

Hello, I am trying to export comments to CSV but each time I get a download of False.htm. This has never happened before. Is this a system issue?

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue when exporting your Review 360 comments to CSV. I have a few clarifying questions to better understand your setup:

Could you please share with me what browser you are currently using? Some other community members had great success when switching from Firefox to Chrome.
If you were to try this with another course, are you experiencing this same Fals.htm file download?
Have you tried clearing your browser's cache?
