Hello, I am trying to publish my training for review but when I do so, the audio goes away. I have a voiceover on almost every slide and it works just fine in the preview section of Storyline 360 but as soon as I try it in Review, the audio will not play. My volume is on and works for other things.
Most modern browsers require learners to interact with a webpage before any media files are allowed to be played. You can learn more about this policy here. Try clicking on your published course to see if this allows the media files in your slides to play. If they do, try integrating some form of interaction at the beginning of your course to see if this helps.
If the issue persists after adding interaction, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!

Hi Joe,
I do have users interacting with it, as they have to click a start button to begin. This does not seem to be working.
After looking at it again, it seems to start playing the audio after my video on receiving process overview a couple slides in.
