I'm having an issue with mp4 videos I've uploaded to Review 360 and exported as SCORM 1.2 to LMS. These courses work fine and report completion to the LMS in every other browser (IE 11, Edge, Firefox) but they don't report completions in Chrome. I have several other courses from various Articulate products that work well and record completion in all browsers including Chrome. It just seems to specifically be uploaded Review 360 videos exported to LMS and accessed through Chrome.
It sounds like you've published the course for Review 360 and then imported the course into your LMS. Is this correct?
If so, I'd recommend trying to publish the course for LMS from Storyline and then importing the SCORM package (zip folder) to your LMS. The SCORM package is designed specifically for Learning Management Systems and reporting completion.
