When we used to use Review 360, we could see where specific comments were made on blocks or content. It would show an image next to where the specific comment was left. My leadership is confused because it doesn't appear to work that way anymore? On my end, comments on Review can only be left per lesson, and not per block or tied to specific comment. Did something change or am I missing something?
The feature you are referring to is still available in Review 360, but only the owner of the Review 360 course will be able to see the screen captures of where the comments where made:
If no screen captures are appearing when the course owner reviews the feedback left on the course, try using a different browser for leaving comments and checking the feedback. If the issue persists, please open a case with our support team here so we can take a closer look at what's happening.
