I have successfully created a Storyline slide that uses a Web Object to display a (local) PDF (using index.html). This works when published for web, no problem.
However, when I upload to Review, the Web Object is blank.
I have tried:
Recreating the Web Object
Uploading directly to Review
Manually uploading to Review
The problem is that I intend to place this in Rise, but the PDF is a key element. If anybody has any suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated.
I'm not sure I understand what you mean by "PDF (using index.html)". Are you using the folder icon to select a file from your computer? See screenshot below:
I found a few discussions with some members experiencing a similar issue but were able to solve it by changing the file name (making it shorter or removing symbols).
If you can share your .story file and the PDF through a support case, we're happy to take a look and help you troubleshoot.
