Review Period and Blocking Access

Hello,

I am currently working with SMEs and relevant teams to review content on Articulate Review. Is it possible to "end" a review period and revoke reviewer's access to a course? I ask because I am having issues with reviewer's sharing content that is complete in Articulate but that is not shared by our administrators through our LMS after publishing.

Hi Rachel,

If you need to stop reviewers from seeing your content after the Review period has ended you could one of the following: 

  1. Delete the Content from Review - the links will no longer be active
  2. Add a password to the content, so anyone who previously had the Share link will now be prompted for a password to access it.
