Review Posting Comment after new update

Feb 19, 2024

I wanted to comment on a major irritation with Review 360. After writing a long comment during a review and pressing Send, a pop-up announces that a newer version is available and that comments can't be left on old versions. Fine, understood, no problem.

However, do NOT write in the pop-up to "Copy your comment and paste it to the new version" when after clicking Send your site DELETES the entire comment and THEN shows the pop-up to copy the comment.
If you're going to show the pop-up saying it's possible copy the comment -- then KEEP the comment so it can be copied.
If it's not technically possible for the site to function that way, then don't write "Copy your comment" in the pop-up. It's incredibly infuriating after someone has spent a lot of time crafting a response to see it deleted and then a pop-up telling you it's possible.

This has happened multiple times! It's next to impossible to know when the author might suddenly publish an update and it's incredibly frustrating when it happens.

Please amend the pop-up or fix it.

If it provides any difference, this occurs on macOS 14 in Chrome.
