Review won't accept my password.

A co-worker sent me a file to review in Review 360 with a password.

I tried entering his chosen password without success. I then tried to use my Articulate password and that did not work. I tried resetting my Articulate password and it still didn't work.

Any idea why I'm unable to get past the password?

Hi Christopher,

Are you seeing this password prompt:

If so, that's the password that the Content Author set, so I'd confirm the password you were given with them. It's possible they changed it or forgot about something like case-sensitivity. 

If you're being prompted to login with your email address, that would be your Articulate ID email and password and would allow you to leave comments.
