Submit Button for Comments

Hi,

Just chiming in with another thought; we received some feedback from clients we were testing review with, a common piece of feedback was people (sometimes less tech savvy) not realising you need to hit enter to submit a comment for a slide.

Review doesn't make it immediately obvious that you need to press enter to add the comment, perhaps a send button or something would help make it easier for these people?
