When publishing to Review I get a bad link so cannot share it - and it's the wrong version of the course

Apr 25, 2024

I am trying to send links to colleagues to review 10 micro lessons: I publihsed each to Review 360. In each case I saved it as a New Version to overwrite any previous course.

Issues:  When I publish to Rise Review and ask to publish a new version:

1. When I copy the new link for 10 minicourses - the  link is exactly the same - the exact same link for every course and it takes me to:

2. A bad link connects to an old version of a course.

I have tried this repeatedly with the same issue -what is the solution?

Hi Geniphyr,

Happy to help!

If you need 10 unique links for your minicourses, you'll want to use the "Create a new item" option instead of "Publish a new version of an existing item".

Publishing a new version updates an existing course, but it doesn't generate a new unique link for sharing. You can check out this article to learn more about publishing to Review 360:
