Has anyone had issues using Rise 360 & Allego? I'm really new to this, so I may doing this incorrectly....
I created a Rise 360 quiz - used SCORM 2004, version 4 to export, - and then downloaded the zip file package into Allego. Though people can see and take the quiz, none of the data is being recorded so I'm not able to see anyone's scores.
Allego told me that "it appears that the zip file you uploaded was not in acceptable format to be recognized as a SCORM module".
You could try checking the tracking settings and re-exporting for LMS following the directions here. If this still doesn't work for you on your LMS, you can try testing the LMS output file in another environment, like SCORM Cloud.
