We have two LMS's. One for internal (Litmos) and one for external (Skilljar) and our Rise courses we exported today (for LMS) are failing in both. Need help. did something change in Rise in the last couple of days?
Thanks for letting us know what's going on. I just tested a newly published course inside of SCORM Cloud, and everything is working as expected.
As a next step, please try hosting one of the troublesome courses on SCORM Cloud to see if the same problem happens there. If you need a hand with that testing, we can help! You can send your Rise 360 output files to us privately by clicking here.
