1. Is there a way on Rise360 to not have the bullet points fade in? Is there a setting where I can turn this off?
2. Are there some type of "sub bullet points" on Rise360? When I click the "List" option, I understand that there is an option for the colored bullet points, but it does not allow me to make a sub-bullet for the bullets. Is there a way to do this?

Welcome to the Rise forums.
To turn off the block fade-in effect, open your course, and choose SETTINGS.
Scroll al the way to the bottom of this page.
Set Block Entrance Animations to OFF.
Yes, you can create sub-bullets.
