As a training industry, we often get chosen to help market materials/products because we usually have the same developer tools as a marketing team and we are more cost-friendly to interested parties. With email marketing being a huge piece of how my company pushes product discovery, I'm wondering if it's possible for an email to hold a Rise 360 course?
Rise courses would need to be hosted on an LMS or a Web Host. As Karl shared, you can use a course Share link, however, this is not a long-term solution nor does it provide tracking for learners.
If you need tracking it would be best to host it on an LMS and you can send the link via email to the course, or if you don't need tracking of learner scores, you can host it on a web host. There are some low-cost web hosting solutions, I'm sure the community is willing to share information on this!
Hi Vanessa! The ability to embed web content in your email would be controlled by your email client, not by Rise 360. You may want to do some research to see if your email client allows for that!

Hi Vanessa,
What I would recommend is to use the course SHARE link using a password to protect access.
This is far easier than sending a course by email, which may be too big to send as an attachment anyway.
Using the share link also requires no setting up of files, etc.

I appreciate the follow-up. I'm more wondering if the body of an email can insert the course as a web object of sorts.
