Cannot go to the next lesson using iPhone

Hi,

we are testing a Rise course at the moment and we have found that testing using iPad, Android Tablets, and Android phones work as expected. However, using an iPhone, there are issues.

All of the chapters require interaction of the flip cards or watch a video etc before they can move onto the next lesson. This works fine on the devices mentioned above.

When we test using an iPhone, either the complete button does not show, or if we click on a Flip card for example, the page simply jumps to the top of the page.

Just wondering if anyone else is seeing erratic results form an iPhone use?

Hi Darren, 

I mostly test on an iPhone 6S running iOS 11.2, and haven't run into any issues with Rise content not going to the next lesson or not allowing the continue button. I'd be happy to test your course if you wanted to share the URL here! 

Are you seeing this in your LMS, using the Share link, etc.? 

Also, can you let me know what iPhone and iOS you're using? You'll want to use one of the versions and browsers mentioned here.
