I created a Rise course that I tested for accessibility. However, a student who uses a screen reader due to a visual impairment contacted me that the card sorting activity would not work. He is a complete keyboard user and is unable to drag and drop the answers. His computer is setup to use the keyboard as a mouse but it is not working with Rise. We’ve tried it in a variety of browsers just in case – Chrome, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Edge, and he is unable to drag and drop the cards in the sorting activity. What do I need to do to allow the card sorting activity to work on keyboard only devices? I want to ensure the course is accessible to everyone. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
