A team member created a course in Rise and shared the course with me as a collaborator. The team member has gone on extended leave and I need to take ownership of the course. Any advice on how I can do this.
In addition to what Karl shared, your IT team may be able to impersonate the course owner and log in to Rise 360 with their credentials. Then, they can send a copy of the course to you, and you'll be the course owner.

If your organization has a Team type account, someone (usually in IT) is your Articulate Administrator.
This person can transfer the course to you.
