We are currently experiencing problems when our candidates have to leave a Rise module. The server does not receive any information that the Rise is fully completed, therefore there is no pop-up to leave the Rise. Our platform does indicate that the module has been 100% read, but remains as if it has not been closed.
Is this situation known? And how can we solve this?

Is your course hosted on a learning management system?
Does your course have an exit course button or link?

We have tested it again and below you can find our answers to your questions:
1. Yes
2. No -> only a pop-up appears, informing you that you can leave the e-learning. But it does not register correctly either.
We are unable to test ourselves, which is why we will forward an e-learning via the link in your message.
