When i complete and 100% pass a Rise course on my mobile the completed status isn't transferring to my training record within our in house LMS. LMS provider have said it may be the exporting options set on the course as they see no issues, however they all seem fine. Completions do register when completed on a PC. any help would be great!
Hi there, Rachel. I see that Mark from my team recommended some troubleshooting steps, like comparing the behavior between your LMS and SCORM Cloud when completing a course on a mobile device.
