is a comparison of how my image looks on my computer (opened with a standard image viewer) and how the same image uploaded to Rise looks. There are dots in the gray area.
How do I fix this? This course is for a client and they are already not psyched about using Rise.
Yeah, it looks like the .PNG gets compressed which introduces some artifacts. Since that's an image with no real color transitions, I saved it a .gif and it looks much better. That's what I'd recommend at this point since there's no option to change the compression settings in Rise.

What format is the image and what's the resolution? Can you share it so I can test it?
PNG - Yes but I think the forum compresses images too (based on my searches before posting).
