Course viewing problems in LMS

Hi fellow Articulaters :)
Just wanted to check if anyone had any tips for figuring out what might be the problem here:
I've created a course on Articulate, downloaded it as a Scorm file, uploaded it again to our LMS and now it seems some people are not able to open the file. The course otherwise works, but the scorm file (Articulate course) just keeps "loading". We have tried different browsers, re-enrolling people, etc.
Any tips?

Hi Priya! Are you updating an existing SCORM file in your LMS?
If so, try using the Reset Learner Progress option on the LMS export page in Rise 360. This feature allows learners to view the updated content, and their progress will be reset.
