We have a course in RISE 360 that just consists of a video. the "allow seeking" is turned off as an option. We are packaging the course as a SCORM 2004 v3. When uploaded to our LMS (SABA), and the course is initially launched, a learner can not seek through the video. This is the intended behavior. However, if the course is exited and resumed later, seeking seems to be auto enabled and the user can scrub through the video by dragging the seek bar. Any advice on why this would be the case?
A helpful troubleshooting step would be testing the course with SCORM Cloud. It is a virtual LMS environment we use to determine if an issue lies with an LMS or the project file itself. If you test your course in SCORM Cloud, and the behavior cannot be reproduced, then the issue is likely LMS-based.
