We were told by our LMS provider that if we upload a new version of a SCORM package while the SCORM package doesn't support versioning, the users that are in progress might get stuck issues/the SCORM won't complete, and we will have to reset their current session via the Progress tab of the SCORM, in order to allow them to finish the activity.
Can you please tell me if Rise/Articulate supports versioning and what we would need to do to use that feature?

Hi Mareike,
Rise does not have a versioning function.
Your LMS vendor is correct; making structural changes to a Rise course that students have already started using, could cause problems.
