I'm not receiving email notifications from Articulate. Not when someone adds a comment to a Review, not when I export something and it say's "you'll receive an email when it's ready". I've checked my Notification settings, which seems to be for Review only, I've checked my Junk email settings. Nothing. Any ideas?
I'm sorry you're experiencing some trouble with notifications.
Try going to your Articulate 360 Account Settings and then click Manage next to your email preferences. You can learn more about how to do that right here.
