You'll want to make sure that you are exporting an LMS package of your course before uploading it to your LMS. You can test the published output of your course in SCORM Cloud to make sure that it is working properly. If you're already publishing to LMS, would you mind sharing a screenshot of the error you're seeing so we can check what's happening?

You'll want to make sure that you are exporting an LMS package of your course before uploading it to your LMS. You can test the published output of your course in SCORM Cloud to make sure that it is working properly.
