I have sent a SCORM 1.2 package of my Rise360 course to a client. When they tried to upload it to their LMS, they get the following message - "Incorrect file package - Missing IMSMANIFEST.XML or AICC Structure".
I checked, and the files don't seem to be missing. Can anyone tell me how to resolve this issue?
The package is SCORM 1.2, tracking: track using course completion, reporting: complete/incomplete.

Which LMS is your client using?
I have got the same error, we use moodle to upload the scorm package. Anybody helpfull ideas? Thanks in advance!

Try uploading the same package in SCORM Cloud to test if the behavior you're experiencing is specific to your LMS. If the same behavior occurs in SCORM Cloud, open a support case with our team here so we can take a closer look at what's happening.
