I am trying to upload an image from my computer to a Rise 360 training and keep getting an error. I have tried both PNG and JPG files. I am using Chrome as the browser. Is there a preferred type of file, size of file or browser that I should be aware of?
Hi Erin! Sorry to hear you're getting an error when uploading an image file. The maximum file size is 5GB and Rise accepts both .png and .jpg file formats. More information on best practices for images can be found here.
If the issue still persists, try to access Rise in Incognito or InPrivate window. Pressing Ctrl + Shift + n for Windows, or Press ⌘ + Shift + n for Mac switches you to Incognito mode and disables all browser plugins. Sometimes plugins cause odd behavior, do you still get the same issue when in Incognito?

Does this error show up only in a particular browser or all supported browsers?
