Hi, I have loaded my RISE course (sCORM 12.) in our LMS. When I go to exit the course using the "exit course" button, it gets stuck on "Please wait. Loading..."
I have it set to open in a new window but still the same thing. Any suggestions to why this may be happening from an Articulate RISE standpoint?
I have tested it out in SCORM Cloud and it exits and closes as it should. So no issue there.
This is happening to me. The answer cant be it must be your LMS, as I assume we are all likely to be using different LMS platforms. Are Articulate looking into this issue so the the Scorm packages work correctly regardless of LMS?

Smart idea to test in SCORM Cloud! That's a good first step. Since the issue didn't happen there, I suspect the issue lies within your LMS.
From here, I would reach out to your LMS administrator for next steps. Let us know what you find out!
I have the same Issue, but it happens in xApi, in the LMS of my client, and I can´t solve the trouble, if you find the solution, let us know please.
