Looking for help, built a course in rise adding the exit button, tested it on SCORM Cloud and all works, but when loaded on my LMS the exit button wont trigger.
Smart idea to test the content in SCORM Cloud — that's always my first step!
Considering the problem didn't appear in SCORM Cloud, it sounds like your LMS could be the culprit. Have you had a chance to share this with your LMS support team? They would be the best folks for helping to troubleshoot this problem.
