I'm wondering whether it is possible to add a free text or feedback/comment box into a Rise 360 course.
We have tried embedding a block from Storyline but that doesn't seem to work. Users can type text but we can't access it through any of our reports. Like others, we continue to have issues pulling useful reports from Rise courses through our Moodle-based LMS.
We've also tried embedding a survey through Survey Monkey, but that requires users to click through the Survey Monkey website. Ideally, we'd like them to be able to submit feedback from within the Rise course.
I'd really appreciate any suggestions from the community! Thanks.

We have inserted a feedback survey within a Rise course using an iFrame. Learners complete the survey within the Rise course.
Hi Ashley! Here's an example using SurveyMonkey in an iframe in Rise 360.
I'll let you know if we add a survey interaction block directly to Rise 360!
