I've exported my Rise course as a SCORM 1.2 package, however when I upload it to the Brightspace LMS, the learner is unable to open the course. Published Storyline files work fine. Are there special export settings I need in Rise? Has anyone found a solution to this issue?
Sorry to hear one of your learners is unable to open the course. Does the same thing happen to you when you test the course in Brightspace LMS?
I would also recommend testing the course output file in SCORM Cloud. This will help determine if the issue lies within your LMS or the actual project file. If you are able to replicate, be sure to send the published output file to us to take a peek.

I would also make sure the learner is using Chrome or Firefox. If they're using Safari as a browser, it won't work.
