We have a lot of people that create Rise courses in our organisation. How can I as an account admin find out who is the owner of a Rise course if I have not been added as a collaborator?
Hello Lloyd! I understand you are looking to find information regarding courses created by other users in your team.
We don't have this view in Rise 360. You can only see courses created by your team and their owners if you are added as a collaborator or if the owners share them in the Teams Folder (Rise 360). Check out this article for more information on how to Share Content with Team Folders.
Thanks for the response, Angelo. At a minimum I think admins should be able to run a report listing all courses in their account with the name of their current owner. Can this be raised as a feature request?
We are already tracking the demand for a Rise 360 Team Administration Dashboard through a feature request so I went ahead and added your voice to the report. You can check which features are currently being worked on by visiting our roadmap here. We'll be sure to drop a message when we have any new updates to share!
