Image uploads "processing" after several days

I'm having an issue with several of the images that I've uploaded hanging in "processing" after several days. Attempting to cancel them does nothing.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Does anyone have a solution?

Hi Curtis,

I’m sorry that you’re having some trouble here. Is this happening when you uploading multiple images at once? Or just one image at a time? If it's happening when you bulk upload images, I would try reuploading them one at a time and see if that fixes the issue. If it doesn't, please reach out to our Support Team so they can take a closer look. You can submit a case here.
