After uploading an Articulate presentation into Canvas, it opens well, but images show up as thumbnails. I have published the item, reset the content validation links, and IT from my school says that they are not being blocked on the server.
I would recommend testing the course in another LMS environment, like SCORM Cloud. This will help determine if the issue lies within Canvas or the actual Rise 360 course. If you are able to replicate in SCORM Cloud, be sure to send the LMS output file to us privately in a case. We'd be happy to take a look.
