Issue with encoding in Rise- UTF-8

Hello,

We have created a course in Rise in Spanish and exported it as a Web file. We have added the same course to two different servers. On server 1, the encoding appears to be incorrect (http://www.caib.es/altreswebs/circularitat3/#/lessons/LIH_H6pbhn9XCy7euuvXgpwY2xODrzDj). However, we have verified that the encoding on the server is correctly set as UTF-8. It is quite strange because the issue only occurs with the paragraphs, not the titles. For example, we are seeing "también" instead of "también". On server 2, the course encoding is correct (https://pla-circularitat.eurecat8.factoriadigitalpremium.es/content/index.html#/lessons/LIH_H6pbhn9XCy7euuvXgpwY2xODrzDj).
