We've exported a Rise course (Microsoft Edge) to SCORM 1.2 to upload to our Oracle LMS. The course doesn't upload, it basically gets stuck and times out. We've asked Oracle about it and they said this:
"UTF-8 encoding was not used to create the content's zip file, so the file is not readable. Recreate the SCORM content's zip file using UTF-8 encoding."
I've had a look at the imsmanifest.xml file and it doesn't state at the top that it's UTF-8 encoded.
Does Articulate Rise not support UTF-8 encoding? Can anyone help me troubleshoot this?
