Issue with RISE 360 courses not marking completed on LMS

Hi all,

I have face a problem in RISE 360 (xAPI Tincan) file not complete mark on LMS.

But all author format completed on time, Do the need full.

Hi Ramesh! It sounds like your Rise 360 Tin Can output file isn't reporting completion data to your LMS. 

Have you done any testing in SCORM Cloud yet?  If so, are you getting the same results? We generally compare the behavior in SCORM Cloud to your LMS experience to try to parse out file issues versus LMS issues.  We are happy to help you with that testing if you'd like to share your output file with us!
