We have started to use LearnDash LMS and the Rise packages have a lag on the system when loading, moving to the next lesson and completing the quiz. We have tried SCORM and xAPI but it's still the same. The Storyline modules appear to be fine.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to reduce this lag?
If Rise courses load correctly (without lag) in SCORM Cloud, we recommend contacting your LMS (LearnDash) admin to help troubleshoot the issue further, such as checking some settings for the course or the LMS server.
On the other hand, if the same issue persists in SCORM Cloud, please send this as a Support Case so our team can look into this issue closely.
