In one of my Rise courses, I added a "Next Steps" section after the Quiz and when the learner finishes the course and presses the close button, the system shows a "Saving Data" screen which doesn't take them anywhere and they are not able to mark the course as complete. However, when I remove the Next Steps section, the issue disappears.
What could be the reason for this problem? I know that having Next Steps section at the end should not create this problem.
