When imported the translated files to the Rise course, the content sections were messed up, for example, content from Lesson 3 was missing and included in Lesson 2. See the example attached.
We verified the translated file, and everything looked fine. We also tested and uploaded translated files in a different language to this course file, but we still see the issue.
This is strange since content blocks within lessons are tagged with IDs, so Rise should know their proper placement in the course.
We'd be curious to see how the contents are arranged in your XLF files. I have created a case for you so that one of my colleagues from the support team can reach out to you to investigate this some more. In your response, do you mind sharing the original, exported XLF file and the translated file? Let us also know what lesson the missing content was placed on and where it should be located.
