Missing Continue Block in RISE 360

Hi Everyone
I seem to be having problems with the Continue Blocks in Rise 360. When i am creating the course, the blocks are there. When i preview the course in on all devices, the blocks are there. When i publish to LMS and upload to our LMS the blocks are not there, if viewing the content using Internet Explorer (our default browser)
If i view the content in Chrome or on a mobile device the blocks are there. Is there something i haven't ticked in the settings that is stopping these blocks from showing?

Based on what you have said, it seems to be a problem localized to Internet Explorer and not related to anything you have done/not done.
I would also recommend posting this to the Rise forums, and also open a support case.

I am having the same issues. when I edit the block is there and when I preview they are missing
Hi Denise, I can help! While you are editing your course what browser are you using?
Also, if you can share a Peek 360 screencast of this happening, including the whole browser window, that would be really helpful. You can reply here or share those details with us privately here. We'll get back to you with some next steps.
We are having the same issue! Continue blocks show on all devices on RISE previewer. Loaded into LMS (Thought industries) the Continue blocks show on the Desktop but not on tablets or phones. Would LOVE to understand how to resolve this as we've got a number of other courses in the works. (Update: had been using Firefox to check it on the Desktop and Continue blocks appeared; just checked desktop Chrome: no Continue blocks)

Is this an issue that you are able to reproduce when testing in SCORM Cloud? This will help determine if the issue lies within your LMS or the Rise 360 course itself. If you are able to replicate, be sure to send the Rise 360 SCORM output file to us to take a peek.

Same problem here. It works in the preview mode, however not when I upload it into Moodle LMS and open the course in Chrome.
Has a solution already been found for this?

To add to my previous comment. The bar isn't visible in all lessons, except for the last lesson, from where we refer to the quiz. Here it is visible as in the preview version. It seems it has something to do with completing the entire course?

Just adding that a "continue after block above complete" block isn't showing nor impeding progress on mobile (iPhone 11) after a process block. I don't have this issue with continue block after other types of blocks on mobile. All are working fine on laptop.

This sample course has a process block at the end of lesson 1, followed by a continue button. If you test that sample on your iPhone 11, are you able to move on to lesson 2? I'll be standing by!
Thanks Alyssa! I do see the "continue" block and it's working in the sample course when viewed on my iPhone 11. Suggestions for trouble-shooting my course? Again, it works fine on laptop, just this weird quirk on my phone. Thnx again!

I just re-exported the course and tried again on my phone and now the "continue" block is showing up and working!
