Anyone have a fix for an MP4 file that has extremely choppy audio for the first 40 seconds then playing without issue? I have tried deleting and re-uploading the file, Uploading the file to a different location within the same course and creating a new course and all methods have the same issue. Source file plays without issue outside Rise and when loaded directly into our LMS.
