Videos are playing okay in earlier versions of Chrome, but we have 3 Rise modules now where users can't play the vidoes if they are on the latest version of Chrome.
Hi Gillian, I am sorry your learners cannot play the videos in your Rise 360 course. I am here to help. Is this happening to all of the videos in the course? Does it happen to other courses as well? What specific Google Chrome version are they using? If they use a different browser, are the videos playing fine? Can you send me a screenshot of what happens when they try to play the video?

I am having a similar issue when I SCORM the file and upload it to the LMS. Has this been resolved?

We are using Chrome Version 110.0.5481.78 (Official Build) (64-bit).
We are able to play MP4 files in our LMS.
Version 109.0.5414.120 (Official Build) (64-bit) it looks like we are running an older version. I will discuss this with our It team.
