I am using Rise 360 to develop VOC (verification of competence) assessments, and I want to include fields where the worker keys in information, eg, their name, the date, the job site, the plant they are working with, its make, model etc. I also want to include a supervisor reference at the end.
I have tried to incorporate a free text question however I cannot get it to work.
By the way - you should know that I am only a Rise 360 novice.
Hi Robyn! If you're still learning about Rise 360, you're in the right place!
If you're looking for an open-ended, free-text question, I suggest embedding a survey from a third-party tool (like Google Forms or Survey Monkey) using a Multimedia Embed block.
Use this iFrame code format below for easy embedding! And replace the URL Here, with the URL of your form.
<iframe src="URL HERE"></iframe>
That being said, we're tracking requests to add a survey block in Rise. If we make any changes that help, we'll be sure to update this thread.
Ok, thank you very much, I will give this a go. Appreciate your help.
I am surprised that a survey block is not available already - in saying that, I'm looking forward to that development as I will use it quite a lot. Again, thank you.
