Hi understand this is not encouraged however in a finance and highly regulated organization, there are red tapes and obstacles to resource acquisition. We are in the midst of acquiring another user account license for Articulate Rise and it will take some time, can I ask. I have one user account to create and edit courses, how many people (human beings, not users) can at the same time, concurrent use this one account. Example, can two people sign in to my account to create and edit courses? Any implications. Please advise.
If you have an individual subscription or a team with 1 seat, then the 1 person listed on your account (yourself) can use the software. You can read more about that in our end-user license agreement, section 2. LICENSE; 2.3 Limitations.
If you'd like more people in your organization to have access to the software, you can purchase more seats for your team!
