HI Alyssa, like this option, does this mean you both have access to the same live course or will this give the collaborator a copy? what happens if a colleague is absent due to illness, are you suggesting all courses should be shared with the whole team for a plan B?

Hi Kelly,
It sounds like you need to be added as an admin collaborator to a Rise 360 course so you can edit and export the course yourself, is that right?
Only the course owner can add you as an admin collaborator. Are you able to reach out to the course owner to request that access?

Hi Lesley,
When you add team members as course collaborators, they all have access to the same instance of the course, not a copy of the course.
We add all team members as either collaborators or Course Managers to all of our courses. Courses can however have only one course owner.
Do they have full editing/ publishing rights as a collaborator?

Hi Lesley! Great question!
Collaborators can have one of these three roles:
By default, they start with the course collaborator role and you can change this at any time.
